Detroit, MI., 1932 – STAHLS’ story begins in the garage of a husband and wife family, A.C. and Ethel Stahl. Their small embroidery, screen printing and textile decorating business resulted in part from A.C.’s entrepreneurial spirit and her previous work in a felt factory. Known as “Commercial Art Products” in 1932, one of STAHLS’ first products was embroidered lettering on felt, all cut by hand; later A.C. developed the cutting process using a die and press.

Today, as in 1932, STAHLS’ is still a guarantee of innovation, a leader in textile personalization and manufacturing of thermo-adhesive applications. We are well known and valued in the world of sportswear, workwear and promotional products, having the highest technology and setting trends in materials and services in the industry.

STAHLS’ TPT, established in 2014 and based in Madrid, Spain, is a member of STAHLS’ global family of companies. We specialize in the integral production of thermo-adhesive applications, from their conception to the final process of ironing on garments. Our focus is mainly on the sports field, with special attention to soccer, although we also excel in the customization of workwear.
